FloodEx privacy information

FloodEx is operated by Local Carpet Cleaning Pty Ltd. Contact support@floodex.app for privacy requests.

FloodEx processes your account and company contact details, job and property records, notes, measurements, photos and purchase records to provide restoration job management and reports.

Photos and location

Camera and photo access let you attach evidence to jobs. Adding your current location is optional. Uploaded images may also contain metadata embedded by your camera. Denying permissions does not prevent manual job entry. Optional address and current-location lookup sends the selected address or coordinates to OpenStreetMap only after you allow lookup and press a lookup button.

Storage and sharing

Records are stored using our hosted Supabase backend and accessed by authorised members of your company. Reports or sharing links you deliberately send may disclose job details to recipients. Avoid uploading personal information that is unnecessary for the job.

Optional job reminders

If you enable notifications, we store an Apple push device token linked to your account, your preferred reminder time and time zone. We send generic job reminders through Apple, without customer names or addresses. You can switch reminders off in Settings. Inactive device registrations expire after 90 days and delivery records after 30 days.

Payments

Apple handles in-app payments; FloodEx receives transaction identifiers and entitlement status to provide purchased features. Card numbers are not supplied to FloodEx by Apple. Web payments are handled by Stripe.

Your account and records

You can permanently delete your account yourself in Settings, after confirming your password. Your login, profile and authorship links are removed. Shared business records remain with your company, including signed documents. If you are the last member, the flow also deletes company jobs and stored files after your explicit confirmation. Apple and Stripe may retain payment records under their own legal obligations. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple subscription settings.
